Here's the time required for order delivery, kindly note these are estimates and the actual ship time varies with the equivalent shipping companies:

Registered Airmail - 14-20 days
EMS Express - 10-14 days
DHL Express - 5-10 days

Shipping Damages

It is the customers responsibility to check all items when it arrives for any damage or incorrect items(s) received.  Shipping carriers are held responsible for any or all shipping damages.

We will assist any customer that has received damaged goods though we will not send replacement items until a resolution with any insurance claim has occurred.
